  Arrived here on the train. Found the offices as posted but was informed by security porter that they were off for the afternoon and was given their hrs. if visiting please be advised of the run-around Needed even though they are onsite Monday - Friday 9-5. politely explained we were from out of town and were accomodated but later decided they were too busy and will cause us further delay in paperwork by posting to our address and not the form's destination of Wicklow County Council( just around the corner) frustrated because we have to wait around Wicklow to get alternative transport home.
