  Really helpful and friendly, and not much of a wait which was nice. Think they should open in the afternoon though!

  Receptionist was very friendly and extremly helpful as well as the other staff that couldnt have done more for me when sorting out my tax.

  Wouldn’t complain about a long wait normally but when the result is being treated rudely, dismissively, and condescendingly, not to mention being completely unhelpful, I do have a problem with that.

  9.30-1.00??????? Good joke! Security man was more helpful and competent than lady on reception who was not nice and ignorant. Who pays her??

  9:30-1 is an absolute pisstake first and foremost. Phoning them is a useless venture. One particular employee in there is even more useless. Had a simple request and she was no help at all, made me feel like she just wanted me out the door asap. It's no wonder they have a security guard in there, I'd say a few people have went cracked in that place.
