    went in on Friday 20/10/2017 to get a piece of paper stamped and ended up crying outside their door for half an hour as they walked by because I was not able to make an appointment to stop me from becoming homeless because they would rather have tea/coffee instead of even making an appointment despite me desperately trying to phone in and standing outside the door of their offices crying. AWFUL service. all I needed was a stamp, signature and a date.
