  Beyond this wall there was a town, or so it is said. There is a castle, a mill, a church and an old promontory fort but little to say there was ever a town of streets and houses. There is some hint that there may have been a few houses up the middle line of the headland but that is unsurprising. Rindoon may be one of the best fortified farms in the world.
