  The customer service that I had received today in the men's department from a young lady named ciara was fantastic, she was very polite , customer focused, practical in helping me with all of my purchases and it reasons like those ,that will keep me as a repeat customer . I do hope management understand the service and empathy and hard work that these employees do for them to ensure customer satisfaction. I just wanted to say it was my first time shopping in river island and it won't be my last ,thank you ciara.
