  Spent weeks here due to work, quiet area but close to bus stop and convenience stores. Very comfortable. Rose is a gracious and welcoming host. You might even get to taste her apple pie!

  Very good place to stay in a really pleasant town. The room was clean and quiet, good kitchen facilities and the staff were very welcoming with a well proportioned mix of polite helpfulness and respect for privacy. The only thing that might put you off is the distance to town, which is perhaps a twenty minute walk, but that takes you past a good view of the Shannon, and can be avoided by a frequent bus service from across the road, or of course a taxi. The land lady also offered to pick me up from the station before I arrived. So I would highly recommend the place and hope that I can stay again should Gloucester ever get back in to top flight European competition!

  Lovely and comfortable room fifteen minutes walk from Limerick centre. A real home from home and frankly amazing for the price we paid for two nights on a rugby weekend. Will definitely stay there every time I'm in Limerick from now on.
