::This Salisbury has the most helpful staff member I have ever encountered. Her name is Vanessa and she went out of her way to get me a trolley when she seen how strapped down I was. All with a smile and a greeting. I shall be back in the near future.

::great Supermarket, and lovely staff was shopping there yesterday Tuesday the 24th... Had t use toilets which I haven't used before, I have to say was awful.. the last cubicle had no toilet roll, so used the middle one . OMG was dreadful the toilet brush and holder covered in WELL SH-- It actually almost made me puck, now it probably was a customer who left in this state, but no matter for someone doing there shopping, was very off putting , PLEASE have someone check these toilets hourly, and get rid of toilet brushes...

::Staff to day we're very helpful, as I'm disable. The staff put my shopping on the converter belt , packed my shopping & put it in my car..all I had to do was unpack it when I got home. Awesome! ! It means a day without back pain and less pain in my hands with the arthritis 😁😁 Thank you Sainsbury's.
