  This is a 12th century ruin of the hospital of Saint Mary D'urso. Established to treat soldiers coming home from the Crusades. Founded by Richard the Lionheart

  If you stay in Drogheda the you will see St Marys D'urso just off the main street down abbey road. There is not much let of it but its still worth a visit. It can be seen from nearly everywhere in the town and I still think its wordy of a photograph or two. Enjoy
