  Receptionist Maggie lovely. Lisa a therapist a genuine professional and such a lovely girl. Met a very rude therapist called Dierdre who ruined my me time. (As I have very little) I was 10 minutes late and did she let me know about it...I had apologised a few times . I asked was there any chance she could polish my toes. Well she put her eyes up to heaven and rudely replied not a chance. . Not even saying maybe we can look at book and bring you back later. She told me there turn over was too busy to do me. I did tell reception how rude and belitted I felt.. when I was in pharmacy after. 5 minutes later Dierdre ran out on her lunch.. so it was her lunch I was actually late for.. . Don't think I could return after that. It discussed me
