  I would highly recommend Samana, the ladies here are very warm welcoming. There is a fabulous set up at Samana, the minute you walk in the amazing aroma's around the area and the room where your treatmeant takes place is fabulous. For me personally with my treatmeant was 100% worth it, I was in pain with my back and had a lot of tension in my back. I can honestly say after attending a couple of times and keeping my appointments close together to get the benefits, a visit to Samana is definitely well worth it. Even if you are looking for a time out some you time it's definitely worth a trip. I will definitely be taking a trip back ,10 out 10 for me. If you haven't been you missing out.

  I would highly recommend Aishling and Samana Massage Therapy. Not only do the therapists know where your physical knots and areas of tension are, as someone who suffers from anxiety and depression I find that having a regular massage at Samana is hugely beneficial to my mental health as well and I leave Samana totally relaxed. I have had various different treatments at Samana and each one is professional, invigorating and I leave feeling completely calm and relaxed.

  I've had a rotator cuff issue with my shoulder for a few years now, causing posture problems and other issues. Aishling in Samana assessed the issue holistically and helped extend the muscles that had contracted due to injury and helped realign everything else it seemed! Very relaxing treatment. Walked out feeling 4 inches broader for first time in years. Thanks for your help

  Samana is a tranquil massage centre in Limerick. I have to say the space is beautiful and an oasis of calm. I immediately relaxed when I arrived at reception to be greeted by Aisling. She took me into my treatment room which was relaxing and beautifully decorated. My treatment was first class. Aisling was so professional and caring and I melted into my Hot Stones treatment. As a therapist Aisling knew where my knots and areas of tension were and I left Samana totally relaxed and like a new person. I would highly recommend Aisling and Samana and will be back soon.
