  This is the best place I have stayed in.it was lovely to meet des who was very obliging and made our stay very comfortable.The room was of very high quality and warm cannot fault anything.The breakfast was beautiful with very good produce and quality.on my next stay I fully intend on using the gym and sauna which is fantastic to have in a bnb.I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Waterford.Thanks so much for a great stay and a lovely welcome

  We loved this place private and peaceful. The rooms large clean and comfortably furnished. Lovely view from the property overlooking the river. Delightful hosts with welcoming tea.

  Had a lovely stay here. Friendly staff, great facilities, perfectly maintained and they served a lovely breakfast with good coffee. 5 stars for everything. I would highly recommend a stay while in Waterford

  This bnb is so beautiful! Very clean. Beautiful view and landscaping! There's a mini gym and great food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be coming back again.
