  I recently went in to get a packet of nurofen plus. I work near by and was having trouble with my wisdom tooth. I asked the girl behind the counter who was really rude and informed me she wasn’t giving me any. I completely understand the need for a pharmacist to discuss with me the reason I need this medication but the girl behind the counter did not have the right to be rude and unkind to a person in pain. She should have called a qualified pharmacist to assess the situation. Perhaps some staff training might be appropriate. I went to a different chemist who after taking to a pharmacist determined I did in fact need the nurofen plus as my tooth was inflamed and in pain. It was not responding to regular nurofen and my dentist could not see me until Monday. Again my issue is not I wasn’t given the product it was the manner in which I was treated. Would not recommend this chemist. The one in north Main Street were far more professional.

  Kevin, the pharmacist at Santrys pharmacy, went above and beyond what would be expected when I had a pharmacological issue that he helped me with recently. Fabulous pharmacy. Highly recommended.
