::Very disappointed with the services of SHF and the carelessness shown towards us (the tenants) in over a year of tenancy. I guess landlords will be happy as the agency put their needs in the first place (which makes sense), although it seems they put no value in communicating and caring as well for the people actually renting. From the little technical issues (e.g. water leaking in the apt) to the biggest concern related to contract (which I yet have to see after renting for a year, despite all the requests submitted) and to the deposit, which is still on hold 3 weeks after the contract was closed, SHF shown total disrespect. Very bad indeed.
