  We were going away for a month on holidays so asked Ben and Jen to let out the house for us while we were gone. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail they brought to the table. There were one or two unforeseen problems just after we left (house issues, nothing to do with Ben or Jen) and Ben and Jen dealt with them quickly and efficiently and with minimal disruption to our guests. They took care of all the boring but necessary details and were adamant that we just relax and enjoy ourselves and let them deal with any problems. They managed to get us nearly full occupancy for our absence, which we were also very impressed with. Would definitely use these guys again and would recommend to anyone who wants a professional and hassle free management of a short or long term let.

  Great experience. Ben and Jen worked with my wife and I right through set up process of our first Airbnb, helping us to ensure that we had the right amenities and look to attract good guests who were willing to pay a good price - people that look after your investment - just like Short Let Direct do. It has been since March 2017, and our returns have been substantial. From the reports, generated on the Airbnb website, I could see that we had achieved 92% occupancy, which is a lot higher than I expected. Also, the cleaning fees they charge are very reasonable, meaning the place was more competitive. I couldn't recommend their professionalism and personalised service highly enough.
