  I started getting the healthy meal plan now for two weeks, all I can say is "Wow". The service from the guys is fantastic. The choice of meals is great. The food is delicious and tasty. The portions are very generous. I found that I didn't need to snack between meals as I was fuller for longer. They are so handy to have in the fridge and the instructions are simple.I have also bought some of the protein snacks which are great when you are on the go. I have lost over 1/2 stone in weight as a result. I can't recommend Simply Fit Food highly enough.
