::I promised a bad review, as I want everyone to stay away, so I can book it again, as whenever I recommend somewhere, it always seems to book up and I find it difficult to book it again. But I really have to say the food here is superb

::I hate giving any business low ratings and I do so here as a constructive comment. Firstly, settings were beautiful, warm and background music good and not too obtrusive. Service was friendly and casual which was rather good. There was a large group present in the restaurant which were rather loud and waitress suggested us moving which we did. The group had kids with them who actually had roller skates on which we felt disturbed the ambience. Not blaming the restaurant but they should have had a word. The food was average at best. I had chicken wings, while small were plenty and tasty. My wife had soup which was novelly poured in front of her but there just wasn't enough of it. The mains were dry. I ordered a Peroni beer on draught and the waitress informed me they had run out. I found this absolutely bonkers as this was a Friday evening going into the weekend not Monday or Tuesday. On our way out we nearly fell over two pair of roller skates left in the doorway. Potential to be a cracking restaurant, just needs solid management across the board.

::Food was fine. Service was mixed, nice staff but lots of mistakes with the orders. No changing table and we were told to go out and use a public one. When I asked if they could share my feedback that a changing table was essential for families and so easy to provide, I was told they had one but it was a big job to install it. I suggested a stand alone table that could be folded as an interim measure. They replied "sure where would we put it?". Really basic customer service missing. A simple, sorry and thanks for your feedback would have done.
