  Smiles Waterford is a lovely friendly practice. From day one the team at Smiles made me feel relaxed and reassured throughout the entire procedure. I received orthodontic treatment (braces) and my visits were once a month for about 2 years. Thanks to Khalid and his team for all their great work, I'm delighted with the final results and the quality of the work that was done. I would highly recommend Smiles for any dental work.

  Disgrace of a dentist to be honest, putting through as many approvals for treatment as they can because you have insurance and dentist doesn't bother telling you until its approved. Rang receptionist and told i was making it up and Dentist 'wrote down' that they told me so obviously they told me.

  Terrible experience at Smiles dentist, as an already nervous patient (which I highlighted on the check in form) i came away feeling I will never again go to a dentist! In horrific pain for over 2 days i needed help, firstly the dentist gave me a check up and proceeded to advise I would need an extraction and as she had more patients to see she would leave me in pain and make an appointment to extract the tooth in a few days. After near on begging her to help me she proceeded to organize herself to complete the procedure. I won't go into the finer details of what went wrong, as there was a number of things, but in the end she left the room not informing me of anything and returned with another dentist who then within 60 seconds had my tooth pulled and all the while explaining to the other dentist how she should have done it. I am all for on the job learning and training but have a tenured professional with you if you are doing a procedure that you would not be comfortable doing!! So after about 20 mins of dentist 1 pulling and tearing at my mouth and using the wrong instrument (as the other dentist mentioned to her) and finally getting my tooth out I have been left in a worse state now that what I went in there with. I have had a tooth extraction in the past and have never experienced issues such as what I have had since Saturday. I was also told I would receive a follow up call on Monday to see how I was....today is Wednesday and still no call, so in answer to the question from the phone call I never got Smiles, I had a terrible experience and have been left in more pain now than what I initially had and no I don't have dry socket! And is it also normal practice to give 3 injections of anesthetic and then get a patient to try and read and sign a consent form??

  I cannot praise this place enough. As someone who has had a bad experience at the dentist Smiles could not have been better the staff are amazing and very understanding considering my fears. I would reccomend this place to everyone.

  This service it brilliant highly recommend,friendly,honest people on arrivial.I had appointment was seen at the time and I was also running late!(sorry) Offers advice,help and info about my teeth.Great service all round thanks very much😊
