::We bought a car seat today and was looked after by Kate. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car seats. She guided us regarding the correct seat for our granddaughter, checked our car to see if we had isofix in it and assembled the seat for us. To cap it all she fit the car seat for us. This service made buying and fitting the car seat very easy . It was all done with good humour and efficienty.

::Some VERY HELPFUL and nice staff and some absolutely-have-no-clue ones! Pity really cos they give the competent ones a bad reputation. Prices a bit all over the place-same items marked totally differently. Slightly dearer than other toy stores but not by much and you have a much bigger choice. Good sales or deals on certain items. Overall a satisfying toy shopping experience. Plenty of parking outside and amazingly late opening hours over the Christmas period.

::Very poor, arrived to collect an item which had been paid for on tic and collect. Had tried to ring the store day before on multiple occasions though out the day and no one answered the phone. The item had been put back on shelf this morning and was sold to someone else. Shocking that no one can answer a phone.
