  Staff in store are not helpful at all from the general ops to managers.Security is intimidating on entrance.I was given a psn code that when entered had already been used.i returned to the store the next day to be given another already used code.After trying to call the store for 45mins of a phone ringing I spoke to a guy who gave me another code that didn't work who then told me basically I'd been given three codes and made it sound as if it was my fault the store was giving me already used codes,and I got the impression he hadn't a notion how to deal with a customer. Spoke to someone online then that deserves 5 stars for their level of customer service but this store doesn't deserve a star because of certain staff

  Toys are well organised in aisles, everything is easy to locate. Quite spacious with very fast checkout staff. Great location especially if you need to pop into other shops afterwards Large parking area was also a bonus

  Good stock range and friendly staff. Loads of free parking. I really like the Carrickmines store. Just don't rely on the stock levels from the website as I've been disappointed by Smyths a few times.

  Everything from Barbie dolls to the latest PS4 games. Helpful staff. Easy access from M50 motorway. Plenty of free car parking too.

  Great shop. You want to buy everything. It brings out the child in all of us.
