  The reason I wouldn't give a 5* is because there wasn't enough staff to help customers... The staff that were there were friendly and helpful just not enough of them for this busy time...

  This store is a kids paradise! It is probably the closest to Toys R Us in the USA. They stock everything from trampolines to computer games. There is even a nursery section. The ground floor has toys and outdoor toys while upstairs you can find the nursery section and the gaming section. Prices seem to be around the average price. There is a lift located at the back of the shop. Baby changing facilities available in the bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom often seems stuffy and unclean. It is located in a retail park which has a large car park but the car park can be extremely busy at weekends. There is a customer service desk located at the entrance where I found the staff very helpful. They called me when a part for my trampoline came in. At Christmas the store offer extended opening hours to around 11pm making it much easier to to get those important presents for the little people in our lives.

  Nice Smyths good selection of games for better value than even the game shops are selling them for

  A great place for all variety of toys and the price of the toys are reasonable .There were good collection of kids bags and a loot more for soft toys. Searched for minion collections in few other shops and ended up in Smyths. They have a good variety of minion toys.
