::Recently ordered a game for my daughter and when I went to collect it was told that because it wasn't collected within 48hours they put the game back into stock and kept her deposit and they tried to convince me they told me this and that I was texted a message to let me know that the game was in stock. Staff in toy section are fine but staff in game section are as thick as two planks and an ignorant Manager too.. Will take my business elsewhere from now on .....

::Good toy shop for kids and buy baby stuff upstairs. Game room selling video games. But this place is not cheap very expensive.

::Good range of toys for all ages but difficult to find floor staff at this time of the year, when you are looking for something. One till open last Monday, and it was busy. Should consider some self service tills and also ensure at least one floor staff there at all times
