  I was about ready to give up on my lovely little "Lola" (00 Renault Clio) before this garage saved her early last year! You name a problem, my car had it - clutch, brakes, tyres, electrics, wipers etc. Eventually the steering gave up on me completely while driving through Kill village one terrifying evening. Rang Spanners (more than a little bit exasperated) and their whole team made me feel completely looked after from the moment I contacted them until the moment I took my car away. They towed the car back to the garage for me and fixed it for me within a couple of days.They also offered to drop it back to me and when it arrived (having also been cleaned), it was refreshing to be talked through everything that had been wrong with the car by Ian and how he had fixed it, as I have personally felt quite patronised and talked down to by mechanics in the past. That was one of the things I liked most about this place. Left the garage with my car running like a dream and haven't had a single problem with it since (now a year and a bit on). I am only too happy to recommend Spanners to anyone!
