  I can't fault them. Very friendly and helpful staff, only complaint I have is that they won't replace frames when we break the existing ones.. Surely with all the stores they have, someone of them would have the frames to fit. It only takes a phonecall.

  It is a nice place . The staff are nice . The service is nice but i'm not sure if i'll be going back . I have had to go four times in 5 weeks and my new glasses are still not right . I was worried was it me until i shared my problem with a few other customers . We all had the same problem .
