  specsavers santry staff are lovely but incompetent. My prescription was all wrong when i collected my glasses. I was very upset about. then along came gerry, a true gentleman. He took his time with me and reasured me that all would be sorted. He arranged my proper prescription and all was well eventually. I had my eye test on 22nd dec 2017 and i finally came away with my glasses on 23rd february last. Thanks again Gerry for your kindness.

  Have been to Specsavers Santry several times. There's an older gentleman with grey hair there who has a lot of time for the customers and knows what he's doing. Couldn't really say the same for anyone else there. The manager (a short bald man with glasses who resembles a cartoon pig) in particular is rude to the customers and doesn't seem to have any idea what he's doing. There always seems to be chaos whenever he's on the shop floor.

  My Mam went down for me because I am currently very sick after being in hospital and one staff member was very rude to my Mam for asking a questions about the glasses and frames..

  Extremely unprofsssional staff, quote you a price which you pay in full and then ring you 3/4 days later and demand more money because they can’t complete the perscription without it...

  trying to ring omni since yesterday morning twenty fours later still no reply so much for their call back im very dissapointrd in specsavers it for my mum i will not be going to them for my glasses ever again
