  Joined Sphere fitness to work on my fitness levels. Thought I was just joining a gym and would be given a program and left on my own to get on with it.... Sphere fitness is much more, help with programs, types of exercise for different goals, nutrition, motivation, support from all the staff who always check in on you. The daily blogs and weekly video updates are brilliant in shaping the direction you want to go in.

  If you want to join a gym where you as an individual are considered, where your own goals and aspirations are the focus then Sphere is the place to go!! John and his team provide excellent support and guidance to motivate each person to reach their potential and help you to understand where to apply the work to get results!!

  Excellent Result Oriented Operation. 17.5 Stone down to 14 Stone, and Sphere were a major part of that. John has given me 1-1 training before going Skiing for the past number of years, and the results have been exceptional. There are no frills, and no shortcuts, but what there is in abundance is friendly support and motivation as they tease the strength and fitness from you. John pushed me in every session, but never to the point where I couldn't recover in time for the next session. I cant recommend Sphere highly enough. Truly Superb.

  Sphere teamed up with the irish heart foundation and I've worked out here as part of that. Really enjoy the lunchtime sessions. John is great, really motivates everyone and mixes it up no session is the same. He takes time to show technique. Great atmosphere in the place 👍🏼

  John, Gavin and the rest of the lads are fantastic. They are always there to give advice and support either on training or nutrition. Good friendly but focused atmosphere..Sphere has helped me get great results over the last 6 months. Highly recommended.
