  Can't beat a knee trembling hardcore spin session. Wear neon for that extra kick.. when the lights go down and the music starts, you just get caught up in giving it 100%. Great fun

  Couldn't hear a thing while spinning. Instructor wasn't able to be heard music was that loud. 8 euros and everyone doing their own thing, a bit of a waste of ya ask me.
