::Agree with the recent reviews, emailed regarding a test drive. Arrived and there was no one there to greet us, was eventually told tea and coffee to the side. After 10-15 minutes of waiting, I went to the desk and asked to see about a test drive. Eventually got in the car, did not feel at ease at all while driving he seemed like he didn't want to talk,so i had to ask questions rather than him trying to 'sell' the car. When it came to the actual quote and trade in etc, he did not seem interested at all, ran through options briefly. Ended up going elsewhere, service just wasn't good.

::Terrible service experience. Informed them in advance that I needed a trim at the side of the car fixed and one of the front headlights. Immediately excuses when I drop the car saying they were shortstaffed. Contacted me during the day saying they found several things wrong with the car that didn’t actually really need to be done. Said they would call me that evening if it was ready to be picked up which they never did. I dropped over myself anyway and they had finished with the car and not bothered to do the two specific things I ask him to. No reasons given no apologies no excuses. Said they would call me when they have the part in. They still haven’t - that was weeks ago. Charged me a hefty amount for seemingly just changing the oil

::Had already done all my research online and built and saved my spec and so on and went in with the intentions of buying a new car that day if trade-in deal was fair. Seemed very quiet but nobody approached me despite spending 30 minutes+ checking out the model I wanted to buy. Finally got someone and it seemed like he couldn't wait to get rid of me. He tried logging into his system once but seemed to have forgotten his password so he said I'd have to go and he'd call me later with a trade-in price. I left wondering what had just happened as I expected to leave the showroom with a new car ordered. Never received a call so emailed a couple of days later and got an out of office as he had gone on holiday and gave email of another member of sales so I emailed him. Didn't ever receive a call and never got a response to either email. Bought elsewhere.
