  I was followed around by the security guard, I have no idea why. Its not very nice to shop when you have a security guard breathing 10" away from your face

  bought a pair of Karrimor trekking shoes. the soles wore off in 8 months after normal use. The hell on one shoe become totally worn and detached from the base....the sole with the grips is a thin layer of rubber bonded onto the 1/2 thick sole...deceptive!.. i returned it to the store..they refused to even discuss it.. just said ..it's normal wear and tear ..not covered by a guarantee. . I put my complaint in writing and said i would be making a complaint to the Consumer Affairs Agency..told me i would be wasting my time and wished a me good day!! I am now pursuing the matter in the small claims court. it will cost me 25 euros, the shoes cost 40 euros. it's not about the money..difference of 15 euros, it's about the at best the flippant manner of the store and at worse treating a customer with contempt!!

  The selection is good, the prices are ok. The service is absolutely terrible. They could not be less interested in making money if they tried.
