  One of your staff members upstairs with boyish hair has no customer service, let alone any manners. Will not be back there if she continues to work there.

  Staff are useless and uninterested in doing their job , management are a bunch of ignorent stuck ups

  I received a gift, I brought it back, not for a refund but a different size, all packaging was intact, I had no receipt, but did not expect a refund. I spoke to a young girl who emphatically said no way. I intend to check with the department of consumer affairs.
