::Uncaring doctors with no empathy or compassion. Uncaring, rude nurses and very long waiting time. Much improvement is needed in the emergency department.
Ilija Stevanic
::Cancer treatment, 7 months in-patient, fantastic doctors, nurses and most of other staff, my life saved, faith in humanity restored.
Aleksandra Drzaljevic
::Waiting in emergency department is ridiculous. Even if they think you are in critical condition, you will wait too long. First they charge you 100e, then leave you to wait. 10 hours minimum. If you stay in hospital, you need to pay 75e per day (up to 10days, after that is free). Some of the staff members are nice and polite, some are really rude. Visiting time: 14:30 (2.30pm) - 15.30 (3.30pm) 19:00 (7pm) - 20:00 (8pm)

::Waited for a doctor at emergency for more than 10 hours with strong back pain. Stuff at the reception was extremely rude. Payed 100 euro and got no help at the end. Waiting room was full of junkies who took drugs in a toilet and went to the doctor ahead of all other people.

::Waiting. That describes your visit and that's all you need to know. Have an appointment at a certain time or need your bloods to be taken? Don't worry it will only take the entire day even if you arrive an hour early to hand in your appointment card. Be prepared to sit around for a couple hours in a room full of infected people, coughing and sneezing all around you. The place is a mess. All you do is wait for hours.
