  My understanding is that this church has been converted into apartments and office space. St. Kevin has three churches in this area named after him so he must have been popular. This church is on Bloomfield Avenue and the South Circular Road. The Church of Ireland built a fine gothic church with red sandstone trim to designs by Sir Thomas Drew who also produced two alternate designs. The Irish Builder, mistakenly, described it as of “County Dublin granite, with dressings of Portland stone”. St Kevin's Church, Harrington Street is the local Catholic church and it is still active. St. Kevin's Church in St. Kevin's Park, Camden Row, dates back at least as far as the 13th century, and was dedicated to Kevin of Glendalough.
