::Most dirty Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff is scruffy, hair hanging down ready to fall in you food, table tops not cleaned, old crumbled paper among the cup inserts and so on. As dirty as the rest of Dublin terminal 1. Ordered a double macchiato. The first cup served was spilling all over the cup. Staff redid it on own initiative. Next one was not a macchiato, there was no foam, only milk was added to the espresso. Given it was not the coffee I ordered combined with the lack of hygiene I asked for - and hence the two star - I received the refund with no issues. Starbucks: You should love some of your Japanese franchisee managers abroad to teach the rest of the world how to run world class Starbucks.

::This Starbucks is the worst I’ve ever been to, ANYWHERE! OUT OF FILTER COFFEE!? The guy offered me an ‘Americano’ but it’s more expensive and IS NOT COFFEE!! He didn’t even offer to make more coffee, I took my money somewhere else.. What kind of Starbucks doesn’t at least have some filter coffee ready to go? 😒

::Very slow, flat whites weren’t very good. Mine had a little froth on top and my wife’s didn’t. Tables all around were dirty. We were here for close to an hour and tables and benches weren’t cleared of rubbish.
