  Rang up looking to get insurance on a camper van. I was sent out all the paper work to fill in and when i went in with it I was told the paper work I had was not good enough that i needed my bonce certificate .. So I went and got the cert for them and went back juat to be told this wasn't good enough that I now need a drivers experience cert .. I went and got that to be told again it wasn't good enough because it didnt have 5 yeard on it. I was never told i need the 5 years cert and the 4 year one i had wouldn't do. It took over a week to get all the paper work they wanted and i still ended up going with the higher quote because im insurance had ran out. I would never go to them again and I would advise everyone not to. They do not no what they are doing..
