  Avoid at all cost. Left my wifes' WEDDING DRESS in 3 weeks ago to be cleaned. Returned to us with approx 20 buttons melted off or missing entirely, a small stain not removed, breast cups torn off and we were charged full price with no apology. We were subsequently told it was washed IN A MACHINE when asking how it happened. So, the €100 we thought paid for a quality and professional clean for a delicate and sentimental dress was actually for them to simply throw it in a washing machine. Totally dumbfounded. Apparently this "happens all the time". Eventually got €50 refunded after a struggle, assistant didn't seem to understand their wrong doing and the severity of the situation. Suds had been used by family members on prior occasions with no issue but never again now.
