When I started with Sue I was mid forties, had an aching back, feeling bloated, frumpy and like this is it I'm on the downward slope to old age!! I've recently celebrated my 50th birthday and I can't remember feeling more alive, motivated and looking forward to life. My aching back has been replaced by strong toned abs, shaped arms and shoulders and strong toned legs. And the crack is 90 😍 I regurlarly thank the day I walked into Sue Fraser Fitness and have come to value her as a mentor in my life.

Sue and the girls are responsible for me to feel beautiful on my wedding day. I trained with Sue also during the 1rst 6 months of my pregnancy, she adapted the workouts to my condition.
