::I phone in an order for a pizza, and three pieces of chicken at 6.30. When I got there at seven o clock the pizza hadn't even been made. I got my order at 7.40. I would have left and cancel my order only it was for my autistic son. The place was under staffed. I worked in supermacs years ago and I was always told. Attend to orders as they come in. And also be aware of what might be going on in town and have extra staff on if there is an event in town.
