  Update March 2018 (5 Stars) Self service checkouts. No Queuing. I've been in there 3 time in the last week and it's been a pleasure to shop there. The type of scanner on the checkout is even able to scan the SuperValu Real rewards App on my phone. I can't fault this place in the slightest. Update 2018: (3 Stars) I love the new stock layout. There is lots of new products that align to things I actually use. They just need to sort out the checkout efficency now. They should look at SV Talbot Street and SV Dunsaughlin for inspiration. Review 2017: (2 Stars) This store is a great asset to Donabate, it's well stocked and always looks fresh and clean. The fresh food area is one of the best. However when it comes to to the checkouts things get ridiculous. There is almost always Queues. There is no such thing as a quick run into SuperValu. No self service checkouts have been installed or they are short staffed. But if you pay by credit/debit card you can be waiting up to 60 seconds for the till to respond, the later in the evening the slower the tills. Centra Turvey junction is a great alternative, it's still Musgrave and quite often cheaper.

  Ok store,senior staff amazing, Prices fine but there is always a queue

  Wonderful staff, a smaller supermarket than really needed considering the size of the population, but at least it is there.

  Great produce and very friendly staff. Always have what I'm looking for and they always have a great range of ready made meals.
