  Supervalue has to compete with Aldi and Lidl. It is a David and Goliath situation, yet they manage to have a range of products like Soya and cooked chicken and prawns en croute that the giants do not have to sell. We only miss Marks to hit the jackpot.

  Usually friendly staff and multiple tills open, although long queue for lotto often. Good product variety. Has ATM, but with €120 limit. I often see a robin singing / flying about the store, so a little concerned about hygiene.

  A grand wee shop, fruit & veg nice and fresh. Very pleasant lad at the checkout
