  What an awful shop, won't be visiting again which is a pity because I also work in the centre. It's like it's from the 70s, and hasn't been cleaned since the 70s..the deli and bakery are disgusting, the staff look miserable. Get with the times like, it's 2018 and I can't find any vegetarian lunch in there.. Iv had to rely on bleeding nutri grain bars. Seriously lads... What a sorry state of a shop. Needs new management or something. I never review places but God, I had to review this.

  Excellent service and friendly, helpful staff. It’s the only supermarket in Kilkenny to use a shopping scanner - this really speeds up shopping and allows me to keep an eye on spending!

  Can you explain to me please why your store is open until 9pm today 28.12.2017 but your butcher counter was cleared at 5.50? The staff member ignored me completely and went into another room and peered out from behind the door until i walked away. No manners I wont be shopping here again!😤

  Some of the staff can be helpful at times. Most are not. Definitely the worst SuperValu I've ever been in. There have been occasions where staff have been quite rude, and the shop floor very dirty. I feel prompted to write this review based on my own experiences and those of friends and family.
