  As a first time customer I was really impressed with the service for an acrylic removal. The woman looking after me was so helpful and friendly. She offered me lots of advice on the after care of my nails and did an excellent job despite time pressure. Very competitively priced. Would definitely recommend.

  The staff are lovely and so welcoming. I had my acrylics refilled and a hollywood wax. The girl doing my wax made me so comfortable however she was using strip wax and double dipping! I now have a bad blood spots and irritation. I have been trained in wax myself and know that hot wax should have been used. Nails are ok, acrylic isn't even and polish on top is horrible. It has only been on a week and its peeling at the corners. I have contacted Susan Ryans but have not received a response. If you are looking for an ok service but gorgeous/friendly girls go here. I dont think that I will be returning :(

  Very pleased with the service. I rang one morning hoping for a massage, they fit me in for the same day and although they could only fit me in for the 30min back massage, she still did my legs because my muscles were tight. Lovely massage and nice women working there, I will go back.

  1st visit and I think ive found where I want to go for all my beaty treatments and needs,lovely group of ladies too.
