  Good location. Imelda and her assistant were very friendly and made my stay comfortable. It's not very spacious though so I would recommend it for 1 0r 2 persons travelling. There's shops nearby where you can get groceries and buy some food ( Chinese, Dominoes, Fish and Chips). The bus stop is also right across the street and the City Centre is about 10-15 mins away by bus. Altogether a great place for a quick stay.

  B&B molt bé cuidat i amb ambient molt familiar. La senyora que cuida la casa és tot amabilitat. Ben situat amb transport públic i a un bon preu

  Gestore simpatico, assolutamente non all'altezza del prezzo.

  Roomed smelled of paint and they ran out of hot water after my wife showered. Noisy as well Over priced as it is a 10 minute bus ride to city centre.

  Visited in June 2016. Friendly and helpful proprietors, nice clean room, but note they only offer a continental breakfast not a full Irish breakfast. Phibsboro Centre is within walking distance with numerous shops, restaurants, and a laundry (but I would not recommend walking anywhere in Dublin at night).
