  Terrible experience. Needed a new passenger seat driver mirror unit which I called to order in, a few days later I arrived to collect it to discover they ordered the drivers seat side mirror instead. That was fine, they ordered the left side again and told me to come back in a few days. Came back to collect it, brought it to a car repair garage to which they told me the mirror I bought was electric and I needed a manual one. When I went to collect the new one I re-ordered, I was left standing for about 25 minutes while two of the guys behind the till panic called umpteen numbers (I presume suppliers or stock room staff), to then tell me that my type of mirror is impossible to find because my car is an import. Last time I checked Ireland didn't make any cars, especially not Volkswagen. All the cars in Ireland are imports. They gave me a refund and I left. Called another few garages to which tI was told only two types of mirrors exist for that car - manual & automatic. Auto Parts are unprofessional, uneducated about their trade, and straight up lazy. Also, after I left Irish Auto Parts the last time when they gave me a refunded me they short changed me by €20. Never ever again.

  Would only purchase parts here as a last resort. Some items are fairly priced but alot of cheap parts. Terrible customer service though. The lads look like they don't want to deal with anyone and always look as if the customers are a hassle to deal with.
