::Hasn't changed much at all in the last 30 years but its still well maintained. Will only get more and more commuters with all the new buildings springing up around it.

::Handy train station by the Liffey river- in the city centre.has vending machines.ticket machines.subway.newsagent.almost always somebody from staff available there
Alice Cronin
::Prefer getting off at Tara street instead of Connolly strain. Less busy, and not a long walk to get out of. Usually moderately clean, but could use an update, and needs public restrooms like Connolly Station.
Josh Bolton
::Need to be upgraded as it's starting to show it's age but very handy to get right into the middle of town without dealing with the busyness of Connolly

::Great station for Dublin. In a way it could do with a capacity upgrade and a bit of a clean. It could also do with seats on the platform rather than be standing with your big shopping bags getting your Christmas shopping. MIND THE GAP It was opened in 1891 by the Dublin Junction Railway. When it was opened Dublin & South Eastern Railway services terminated in Connolly instead of Pearse and Harcourt Street. This led to the closure of the Harcourt street line from Bray in 1958.In the 1980s it was electrified so DART services could run through it.During this time the original station buildings were either destroyed or bored up.Later in 2000,a proper station was built instead of the earlier style station. The original buildings by now we're in dangerous conditions and are now nearly gone. There are proposals for homeless accommodation in these buildings now.Nowadays,it's a highly busy station nearly at breaking point. It caters for commuter DART and Intercity services SAFETY NOTICE : MIND THE GAP
