::I was nervous about start BJJ but i could not of picked a better place to start than with Myles and Mick in Team Ryano Kilkenny! The lads off an amazing facility to begin your journey in, the classes are suited to everyone old/young & male/female of all ability's. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is warm and friendly and you immediately feel like you are park of the family.
