  Well to be perfectly honest, in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different perspective and without being condemning of one's view's and by trying to make it objectified, and by considering each and every one's valid opinion, I honestly believe that Terrie Dunne as managing director handled the situation I just had with her very unprofessionally. I got a phone call from her on the 2nd of May 2018, just a personal inquiry. At first she asked how many people will live in the house, occupations, and then she said what nationality. When I answered she said straight away ah yeah that’s fine. (Kinda racist) on my mind. Earlier today the 4th of May 2018, my family booked to view a property in the south of Dublin at 15:30 . At around 12:47 the same day I got an iMessage from Terrie Dunne herself to moved the viewing at 16:00 of course I replied as soon as I got it, saying it’s okay no problem. At around 14:30 I got a phone call from their office confirming the time of viewing was changed. So we arrived at the property around 16:00 I press the door bell but no answered. We waited for 7 minutes outside. I was started to think that I got the wrong address. We didn’t wanna missed the viewing. So I rang their office confirming the address and the time of the viewing. The lady on the phone was very polite she said she’s gonna ring the agent AKA Terrie Dunne. 3 minutes later at exactly 16:10 a car just pulled in the drive way and I was going to say hello and introduce myself to her but the first thing happened was this lady (Terrie Dunne) just started screaming in my face and with the rest of my family why did I rang the office. She took me by surprise when she was yelling at me giving out on me I literally did 3 step backwards like I was tryna run away from her. She shouted on my face if I want to see the house. Like who would want to if someone just disrespected you like that. That was just plain rude and I said no thank you. I think I’m okay. She rush out and the drive way and off she goes. I rang their office reporting what just happened and asking to send someone else with a key to show us around. The lady on the phone apologise for what just happened. 10 minutes later we got a phone call from Terrie Dunne saying she just had a bad day and she was very persistent if we could just look at the house with her. We demanded an apology. Like you have to asked for it really. I took a day off from work to see the house. I was excited to see my future home. It’s just very disappointing how unprofessional someone who’s been in this industry for two decades. She could have learned a thing or two. It bugs me when people are unnecessarily mean. Like, you didn’t have to be rude. You could have just kept your mouth shut because in the first place you are the one that’s late. What do you gain from yelling and belittling my family and I? Well this review of course. Well maybe a fleeting moment of power but that’s gone as soon as it comes so why? Is this how you will treat future families who’s looking for homes? It’s a disgrace. There’s enough unhappiness in the world without you adding to it. I hope this will never happen to anyone. Please God.

  Doesnt answer emails to people trying to find homes to rent

  Found Terri Dunne Excellent & Extremely Helpful & Highly Professional & have rented my property through Terri Dunne on numerous occasions and she has always found excellent tenants and have never had any issues.

  Terrie Dunne brings shame to the entire property letting business. Landlords and tenants alike need to beware of dealing with this woman as she does not speak one word of truth. As landlords, she will select a tenant that could be the devil himself as long as she makes her commission and then runs away from all issues she has caused. I state this from fact as we had the misfortune to select her to rent our property and she knowingly let the house to tenants with pets although we were very clear with Terrie Dunne upfront, that no pets were allowed and as stipulated in the lease agreement. This among other promises and guarantees which Terrie Dunne made to both us, as landlords , and the tenants, resulted in legal action having to be taken at our expense simply because of Terrie Dunne’s inappropriate actions and misconduct. We again are renting our house but did not select Terrie Dunne due to the past history mentioned above and with which she is very disgruntled , as events over recent weeks have proven. Terrie Dunne was employed to rent a nearby house. Viewers to that house were informed by Terrie Dunne that our house, had major issues and not habitable and recommended that they steer clear of our house. This information was directly relayed to our letting agent by viewing parties. These are viewers that saw through her but I wonder how many did she directly play a role in having them cancel viewing appointments. Terrie Dunne lacks any ounce of integrity and is a disgrace to the property letting profession. She has no conscience or comprehension as to how to act professionally or in the interests of both landlord and tenants. Not one word of truth is uttered from this woman’s mouth as her sole interest is to line her pockets as quickly as she can. Steer clear.
