::THE single worst mobile phone experience EVER. Was not able to roam in Europe, and when their "engineers" tried to resolve the issue, I had no phone service at all, abroad or when I returned to Ireland!! Then they tried to tell me it was my sim card that was corrupted due to use of another network! Really?? So why am I having the same problem with the other 2 sim cards we tried to use? Now they are telling me to wait 5 business days (without phone service) while they resolve the issue!!! I THINK NOT!!! I am utterly disgusted with them!!!
