::Went into tgis dundrum today the 14th of December and the whole customer service was appalling, when we arrived there was a large party approximately 30-40 people very loud and the waitress asked us to sit beside them, we then moved ourselves and after 15 minutes of waiting we were told we needed to leave and sit somewhere else as the section was 'closed' we got up and left and we will never return!

::On Monday 11th of December myself and my family decided to visit this restaurant to celebrate my sons 21st birthday as we heard that the staff surprise the person and sing happy birthday. I made a note of this on my booking and also told a waiter that it was my sons birthday,he told me to leave it to us and that they would come out and sing to him. We spent €175 for four people and nothing happened,no singing,no happy birthday! I was very upset as this was the whole reason why I brought my son to this restaurant. Also myself and my husband felt sick the whole night and day after the meal. Very disappointing experience definitely will not return.
