  Excellent location right on the water. Within walking distance of a lot of neat sights including Waterford House of Crystal. Very friendly staff. Delicious fresh made breakfast. Only fault was the mattresses we're very old and a bit hard to sleep on.

  Inexpensive, spotlessly clean, and superbly located guesthouse adjacent to Rice Bridge on the waterfront. Under new management, with a keen eye towards running a tight ship. One unexpected bonus was the water pressure was probably the highest I've encountered so far in Ireland. Loved my breakfast in the morning too!
