  excellent service, fantastic hampers , great Christmas / birthday presents, my son lives in Leeds and sent me one for Christmas, unbelievable variety of drink plus glass and a box of Butlers chocolates. Thank you The Beer Club

  Outstanding customer service experience. There was a slight issue with the product type, and it was resolved within a few hours in person. Caoimhe is running a tight ship on the customer service side of things. I was taken aback by the high level of service which is so rare these days. Fair play, will be ordering again!

  Ordered my Christmas Present's early from the beerclub very helpful customer service, order was delivered very quickly and the hampers we're perfect as gifts! thank you!

  Placed a gift order on 13th January and received confirmation but no shipping information. I needed to email and call twice to eventually get a response that it would be delivered the following week. It is now 13 working days later and the package has not been dispatched. I have also not received any response from the Beer Club.

  Placed an order for a selection of Belgian beers and a 1 litre growler of Trouble Brewing Passion Fruit Lager on Tuesday morning. I always worry when these type of on-line orders will arrive. But low and behold on Wednesday morning a courier arrived with my box of beer. This was great as the selection of beers that are available locally is terrible.
