  Ordered blinds, got information that somebody would come today to measure the windows. Called twice, I was informed that the guy will be over in 10 minutes at 11am. It is 7pm now and no call, nobody showed up... very frustrating!!! Very poor customer service!!!! First and the last time dealing with this company!!!

  Recently purchased blinds for my living room and kitchen from The Blind Store. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent range of blinds to choose from. They called to my house to measure and advise free of charge. I couldn't recommend The Blind Store enough and would tell everyone to go to their showroom to have a look and talk to their staff to get the best advice and service. Really happy with my purchase.

  I recently purchased blinds for my Kitchen and Conservatory from your store. The service I received was top class from my first visit to your store and also when you called to my house to measure up I found you all to be very and friendly and helpful. I was delighted with the free call out service and thrilled with ideas and tips you gave me - things I would never have thought of!! I would highly recommend you to my family and friends
